Nivek, thanks for the nice comments. You have been here with us at Canadians For Mitt since the beginning and we appreciate your support. I agree with your comments as well and no matter what happens we figuratively and literally will be side by side in the years to come. We here at CFM got involved because we do actually care what happens and not because we just felt like meddling in U.S. politics. What happens there does affect what happens here, sometimes a lot sometimes a little. Also, we here in Canada have friends and family in the States and again we have been through much and will be through much together. Romney will go on to fight again I have no doubt. We will have to go through these next years and hope that highs are high and the lows are not so low. Again Nivek, thanks and check back. We’re not going away, let’s just say we are suspending our blog. Actually not so much, we’ll still be around. Mitt is still the best person for the job from either party and he will be back.

I live in Washington State and serve in the military in a unit staffed by Candian Forces as well.

I am sad to see Romney suspend his campaign. It has takent he sweetnes out of voting this fall for me, since I will not be voting for a candidiate, but against his opponent.

Perhaps Mitt will come roaring back in 2012. Like Reagan did in 1980 after losing the GOP contest in 1976.

Today my country rejected their best candidate. We will survive to fight another day, and so will you Canada. Thanks for your caring and support.

We should continue to rub off on each other. You increase our politeness and access to medicine, and maybe we can help you shorten your gun lengths and tax burdens.

As always, as a military man, I am grateful for where you fight beside us and that your PM Harper has renewed interest in beefing up Canadian military prowess.

We will yet hear from the great Mitt Romney I suspect. Great men are needed too much to just sit on the sidelines too long.
